DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS

AOX.com will entrust your purchase only to shippers of its choice: deliveries throughout the national territory will be made via GLS express courier. Shipping takes place from Monday to Friday; national holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are excluded.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Delivery times. Products are generally delivered within 72 hours (3 days) from when the order is concluded, with the exception of Sardinia, the smaller islands and disadvantaged locations, where delivery times are extended to 96 hours (4 days) for reasons beyond our control.

Order tracking. At the time of the Payment Notification, your order will be prepared and shipped. AOX.com will automatically send you the shipping code of the package for your order so that you can track its position at any time.

Orders with the "Bank Transfer" method. For orders with the "Bank Transfer" payment method, the shipment will take place at the actual moment of credit. This can take up to 48 additional hours.

 

WHAT TO DO ON DELIVERY

Acceptance of the order. Upon delivery, check that the packaging is in good condition. If it is not, you are authorised not to accept it. Tell us at servizioclienti@aox.com about any problems regarding order acceptance so that we can solve any problem as soon as possible. The package containing the purchased products will arrive with AOX customised adhesive tape which will be used as a guarantee seal. Please do not accept the package if the adhesive tape has been tampered with or broken in any way.

Unsuccessful delivery. You will always receive an email informing you about the exact day of delivery, but it may happen that you are not home on that date. The courier will automatically try to deliver your order the next day. If you cannot receive it on the second attempt either, you will be contacted by the courier's customer service to schedule a new delivery. If you are not contactable within the next five days, the ordered products will be returned to AOX.com. You will then be contacted by our customer service to solve the delivery problems.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

No costs for domestic delivery. No shipping costs or contributions will be charged to you throughout the national territory. There is no minimum obligation for order acceptance, so don't worry: you won't be charged for delivery within the national territory.

Cipro, Malta, Irlanda, Serbia: the shipping fee is € 34,20, tax included

Cost for cash on delivery. When you choose the option to pay on delivery, you will be charged a cost of €4.90 for cash on delivery. We remind you that on this type of order, there are no maximum or minimum spending restrictions.
